One of the most important requirements for success in baseball is players’ ability and commitment to improvement. To maximize their respective skill set, each player must work hard, accept coaches’ feedback/instruction, and make necessary adjustments while remaining wholeheartedly committed to a team goal.
Simply put, baseball coaches and organizations can benefit from the same ideals. To that end, parents and players are ask to provide candid and open feedback throughout the season but, most formally, at the conclusion of each season.
Through the Holly Springs Express Feedback Form (See below), organization members are encouraged to share their unique insight on subjects ranging from organization to leadership. In the end, it is participants’ perspective that guides and directs our progress.
